Can anyone post pictures of thier Al sst 50? I am wondering how well they hold up to scratches. Are you using any polish to claen up any scratches?

I got mine yesterday from the 5th batch and I am very impressed! Quality is the best Ive seen.

I don't carry them though.

Here are my 4 flavors of the SST-50 EDC.

All I need is a cerakote, stainless steel, and Damascus version to make it The Magnificent Seven. :twothumbs

Thanks blackbalsam. Obviously I love these lights and have spread the word to as many members as I could.

That one on the far right is titanium that was bead blasted by fellow member tino_ale. He did a flawless job.

Okay, folks - time to post a few photos of the Mac's EDC family. These are such fantastic lights and such a great value! I am now the proud owner of:

1 - Aluminum 4500k 2.8 no clip
1 - Aluminum 4500k 2.8 clip
1 - Titanium (5th run) 1.4 clip
1 - Titanium (5th run) 2.8 no clip

I love 'em all - the aluminum is great for EDC in a pocket - the titanium 1.4 with clip is great to clip on when I don't want a light in my pocket...great to carry with a lanyard looped through the clip, too.

Oops - this thread is about photos - not my verbosity!! :ohgeez:

Craftsmanship, beauty and total utility. Isn't it interesting that Mac's owners typically own more than one?? :twothumbs Now EAGERLY awaiting the arrival of my 2 Tri EDCs!!

Excellent pics Dan!!!:twothumbs (and nice collection)

Makes me all the more excited about a Triple making its way into existence in the near future. :naughty:

Both you and Dan have impressive collections of SST50s.

I really like your avatar Barbarian, from "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly" if I'm not mistaken.

Thank you. You are correct.

Tuco Ramirez (Eli Wallach)

Yes, Tuco (Wallach) was brilliant in that film as the lovable rogue. With the additional teamwork of Van Cleef, Eastwood, Ennio Morricone's music and Sergio Leone's direction, it couldn't go wrong.
