The Princeton Tec Amp 4 is an old light. However, it is low cost, uses easy to get AA batteries, and has a good power level for me. Before I get one, I would like to know how long the light will work at or near the regulated output level. The company does not respond to my request for meaningful specs.
Has anyone measured the burn time for the Amp 4? A full discharge curve is always better as it tells how good the regulation works, but I would be happy with the time to 50% brightness or some other meaningful measurement.
