Your cells will be OK.
As I recently mentioned in another thread, Li-Ion cells that are relatively new and in good shape, will pretty much charge up to whatever voltage they are charged to, within reason. The specification is 4.20 Volts +/- 0.05 Volt.
Ideally, you want to charge them to 4.20 Volts. Charging them to a lower voltage such as 4.15 Volts, will prolong the cell's life at the expense of a somewhat lower capacity. Charging cells to 4.25 volts will acheive a higher capacity, but shorten the life of the cells.
Charging LiCo Li-Ion cells to a voltage higher than 4.25 Volts, can be dangerous. Undercharging cells to less than 4.15 Volts won't hurt anything, but capacity may be less than desired. Between the two, it's better to undercharge, than overcharge, but you're within the safe limit of overcharging, so you'll be fine.
