How do you remove the glass lens? I have unscrewed the bezel but can't figure out how to get the lens out. Also, I put a Nova-Tac clip on under the bezel. Seems to be a perfect fit but should I add an o-ring to keep it water proof? Seems to screw on tight as it is just using the original o-ring. Any suggestions appreciated.

The bezel comes apart.

The glass lens just pops right off - its basically resting on the body of the light and might be just sticking to it a bit - just pull :D

Yes, add a second o-ring between the lens and bezel and crank her down - if you just leave the one o-ring, there should be a rattling if you shake the light, which is not good...

I went trough these exact questions when I put on the clip ;)

I must be doing something wrong here. There's no rattle when I screw it together. The lens is in there solid. Is the bezel 2 pieces? Does the part that threads into the body seperate from the bezel? If it does seperate, is it screwed in or pressed in?

Check out the RA site.It has a cut out view of the bezel that might help you.Mine just pushed out.

OK, I think I figured it out. What is happpening is the reflector assembly and the bezel are coming out in one piece. I didn't realize that they screwed apart into two seperate pieces. I was putting the clip between the o-ring and the body of the light. Probably not very waterproof.
