Razor blade sized knife ?

I once had a small, oblongish knife, two ? blades, about the size and shape of a small razor blade.

Years ago.

Does anyone know of a similar small pocket knife ?

I have had about 3-4 of these type of keyring knifes, all of them for free from some kind of promotion, but none of them looked as good as the one you got in the picture.
Where did you get that pic from ?
