I am looking for a Rechargeable flashlight of mini handhelp spotlight in LED with 200+ Lumens and under a $150.00 any suggestions I have been looking at this light by cyclops "thor sirrius"

While not rated at 200 lumens, I think the Streamlight Strion LED would fit the bill. It recharges internally without removing the battery. Throws nicely and is well regarded. I doubt you'd be able to discern the Strions output from something rated higher. Lumen ratings are mostly BS; seeing is believing. Streamlight, Fenix, 4Sevens and Surefire have dependable lumen ratings. The others quote emitter lumens (not out the front lumens after reflector and lens losses), and even then can often be dubious.

Truth is, without a side by side comparison that is quite careful while remaining still, you'd have a hard time telling if the light was outputting 170 or 200 lumens. The lights form factor, UI, and reliability as well as the beam pattern are far more important.

If you provide more input, maybe we can think of other solutions.

If you need long throw and don't mind the size of it, a streamlight stinger DS LED HP is definitely worth a good look.

I agree, the rechargable battery options offer more flexability. Swap out the dead battery with a charged one or regular primaries and you are back in action.
I recently picked up a new 4sevens Quark Tactical 123-2, 200+ lumens for 2 hrs on MAX. I added the 18650 battery tube to extend runtime even further.
Quark, ext. tube, Pila charger, (2) Eagletac 18650 2400 mah cells = $145

Anything against a 6P with an M60 and a couple of AW's, or am I not getting the point here? :)

Heck, I'm happy with my Ultrafire WF-501B's running on 2xRCR123A's. Rated at 250 lumens. I just dropped an XP-G R5 module (rated at 400 lumens) into one of them and get better flood than the OEM XR-E R2. But both are excellent lights, IMO, and you can get the FL for less than $20 at DX. Shipping included.

Then there's my Romisen RC-K4, that will run happily on 3xAAA rechargeables (although I run it on alkaline primaries since they last a long time). Again, less than 20 bucks, and close to 200 lumens. Better spread than the 501B, btw.

Thing is, you can get lots of output these days from inexpensive FL's - just shop around. I've seen a BIG difference in prices on essentially the same light (and sometimes the exact same light!).
