I was wondering if someone could recomend me a good LED light. I am only intrested in 18650 or RCR123s. I am not intrested in any cheapies, must be top quality. I don't want to spend more than $100. I am looking for something that is real bright, but smaller than my ROP (2D host). I would prefer only 1 mode, and must have a runtime of at least 1 hour (in highest setting if more than 1 mode). I would have to say size, brightness, and build quality are the 3 most important factors. I was considering the MRV or P3D with Rebel.

Yep, the new Tiablo A9 or A8 SE would be great if you are looking for a state of the art LED in a light that will throw the beam well.

If you would be interested in a more general purpose, but still very bright light with either one or two lower levels depending on the option you pick, then you might check this one out:

It seems to be getting lots of good reviews.

or the new - just coming out - Lumapower M1-R. Has the characteristics you want (I believe you can choose a 1-level clicky, personally I prefer a 2-stage clicky).

If you want to use RCR, the Tiablo A8 would be out (circuit won't take 'em). But it does have amazing regulation on 18650 and primaries.

If you want to see how the output/runtime stacks up to the MRV, check out my comparison review here.

Keep in mind, this A8 is not the same as the A8-Q5, which has the Q5 emitter.

I would go with either a G2 or 6P (6P would be better for heatsinking) and a Malkoff P60 drop in led. 180 lumens and you can run 2 RCR123 in it.

Barbolight U-15 and WiseLED Tatical flashlights are another extremly nice good led flashlight. Among others good LED flashlights, this two is my best choice.

WiseLED Tatical
I think $559 is a little beyond his price range.

That still wouldn't be as bright, or have the throw of the A8 with Q5 emitter.

For less then $200, recently I bought Surefire P6 and modifed the lamp with LED 200 lumens. cost me $74 from ebay. No bad, price included delivery to U.K.

get a 6P and an insert and have the body milled to accomodate an 18650.

Thats the best setup so far
