Recommend me a 16340 and charger...

Hello all, I've been carrying a Klarus XT1C for years. I love it, but hate paying for the batteries. Looking for a 16340 and charger.

I don't need anything fancy and I don't want lowest tier junk that will break... just a middle of the road battery and charger that will allow me to keep my light topped off weekly without the pain of those $1+ CR123's.

For a charger if it's a single slot you are after the Klarus K1 is good also has the 500mA charging suitable for smaller cells

I like AW IMR 16340s in my mini blasters and for ease of use, the Xtar XP1 Hummingbird USB single bay charger does a good job for me. It has 250mA and 500mA charging rates and will do NiMH AAs and AAAs, but nothing longer than the 14500/AA size.

HKJ just did a test on the Fenix 16340s.
They top 700mAh at 1Amp draw. I've been waiting for him to confirm my suspicions that they are exvellent in terms of capacity.
