Removing NASCAR logo

Has anyone tried to remove the white NASCAR logo on the Spectrum Maglites? Before I experiment, I thought I better ask. Thanks in advance for advice (or warnings!).

I tried in the past to remove an equipp.com logo from a bronze light. I tried different kinds of paint removers, lacquer thinner, paint thinner and a host of other household chemicals.
Nothing I tried worked. I don't know if the NASCAR logo is the same.

It looks laser etched. In other words, if that's the case, where the NASCAR logo is, there is no anodizing. You're looking at aluminum.

Try rubbing it with a sugar cube and let us know the result.

You can rub it with anything you want and you aint gonna remove the logo

While you can not remove the logo and end up with that pretty ano underneath (because the logo is burned through the ano) you CAN cover it up with a paint pen. They sell them in many colors at craft stores.
