This has been sitting for a while but it doesn't seem to work anymore.
It was not plugged in while dormant, in a dry room.
Steady red light is Power On, and stays that way when I insert a battery.
I saw a little spot of corrosion on the two negative prongs, used 400 sandpaper & some contact cleaner & now it works. They must have a very small amount of contact area. They also look copper now - the tin coating is really thin !
Wonder how they got corroded ? Why not the others?
