Sams HID, All gone?

Well this site and forum peaked my interest in the Sams HID light and a couple of days go by and apparently Sams is sold out..... Or do they wait for more to return to the warehouse and sell them off again? Any advice for this newby? (besides eBay?)(was hoping to buy 4 or 5 )

Either gone or I can't find them..... I searched for all different configurations of Flashlights/Power on Board/ HID light/ Emergency lights and searches came back as no items available.......

You will not regret getting one of these lights. They are a great HID starter light. One of mine I thought had battery problems, but all is well after using the light a couple of times and recharging it quickly after it was used.

The closer to 18 bucks plus shipping you can get one the better it will be!!

I bought my first one on Ebay. Picked up 2 more on the Sam's Auction site - they were having a dutch auction on 71 pcs!! Won them at $21/ea. Nice lights.

Sniping is pretty much the only way to win an auction for the lowest price possible.

You cannot Snipe on Samsclub. They do popcorn bidding which extends the auction 10 more minutes if a bid is received in the last ten minutes. Each new bid after the first extension extends it another 10 minutes.

Sounds to me like you just aren't bidding enough to start with. Don't try to save a couple of bucks by lowballing. Just bid the amount you think is reasonable and you are willing to pay.

They do not combine shipping. That would have saved me alot of money.

I bought 3 of these off sams...$19 avg.
I simply bid 25.00 just before the last 10 min of the auctions.

Also what is required to sign up and bid on Sams. How did you pay? Paypal? Credit card?

I'm really wanting one of these. They are so darn cheap and bright! If you get a good deal on one it would work out to roughly 100 lumens a dollar!

You have to have a Sam's membership and must have a credit card on file to bid on their auctions.

Shipping to me is about $9.25 ea.
Tax is TN State tax rate of 9.75%

So that is about $30.10 each total

Finally made it! Purchased 4 for approx. $30 each shipping and tax. Can't wait to try them out!

Next will be mods if it isn't to outrageous cost wise.

I got 2 yesterday and the third one today - the box is smashed and the housing is broken :mecry:. Typical UPS shipping... Sams is going to give me a full refund. If I want to replace it I will have to bid on another....
