Who has one?

Is it just me, or does it seem more blue than gray?

Also, the bezel on mine is two different shades of "gray" one is actually gray and the other (the part that says "caution: hot surface) is the blue/gray.

Other than that, I LOVE it!!!!! When I bought it, I didn't relize how small it really was, then I put it next to my 6P, and DAAAANG...:eek:oo:

This light is probably the best quality surefire I have, it definetly has the best beam quality, and has a crap load of spill:thumbsup:

One more question... why when i look at the lens when the light is on (not directly at the light (duhhhhh)) why is there a blue reflection? is it the anti whatever coating the put on the lens?

Thanks for listening to my ramblings...:ohgeez:

ps. ow my eyes:duh2:

I have a satin-grey 6P and I sometimes see a little bit of the blue you're talking about. From certain angles it seems a different color.

I have a satin gray E2e that I got directly from SureFire a few years ago. I was dismayed upon receipt of the light, to find the body and tailcap a dark, charcoal gray-type color, while the bezel was a very different, silvery color.

To me the light looks mismatched, but as I recall, some liked the combination. This E2e has been one of my EDC lights for several years now, and the darker body area really shows the wear.

Mine looks more like brushed aluminum. Almost has an unfinished look to it.

The top of the bezel is slightly darker and duller than the rest of the light.

I like it none the less.

My E2e body is kinda blue/purplish. The part containing the reflector is a lot more pale, but still the same hue. Doesn't bother me too much.
