I stumbled upon this bit of news that made me feel good. It looks like BMW showed off one of their concept cars, and that car has what appears to be selective yellow LED headlamps.

I would love to have the option for selective yellow/low blue LED headlamps, the selective yellow especially. I would pay extra to get something other then the terrible 6500K blue-rich junk.
