Solarforce L2 Lumens ?

Hi all is it it possible to get 295 lumens from this light and if it is is it lamp lumens ? How much could i expect to get out front .

it says its driven on 2 x 3,7 rcr will it drop in output on 2x cr123 primary ?

would like to get in to the modrace haha understand this it a cheep way to start

This is about the most interesting place I'v found on the net ceep up the good work

Well the Solarforce L2 is a P60 module based flashlight and is also Surefire Classic format compatible (basically it's a clone of the Surefire 6P), and so the brightness/performance is reliant on the module that's in the flashlight. The people who sell the Solarforce modules, often exaggerate the numbers, albeit the Solarforce Q5/R2 modules probably are around 220+ lumens max at the emitter.

The one-mode R2 emitter and the five-mode R2 emitter are nice bright white modules, but many have noted that they're not much brighter than the Q5 modules. Yesterday I received the single cell extension for the battery tube and ran the one-mode module rated to 12.6V with three fully charged 16340 Li-ions providing the upper limit of voltage. My crude measurements suggest that light output with this three cell configuration is 80% more than the two-cell 8.4 configuration.:thumbsup:
