Streamlight stinger HP LED conversion

I made a similar post in the LED section but got no response, so here it goes, I recently installed a terralux TLE HP3 upgrade in my stinger HP, now I've got a nasty hole in the center of the beam that cannot be focused out, anyone have any experience with this or suggestions. I know the is LED related but it is an incandescent light so hopefully no one gets upset with posting it here
