Suggestions in taking a pill out?

Hi everyone, I just picked up this light http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.14212 and I've had problems with it flickering out.. I wanted to take it apart and see what was wrong but I couldn't figure out how to take the pill out without damaging it. Anyone have an easy way to do it? I tried to unscrew it with my fingers but it seems pretty tight in there. :thinking:

They usually will unscrew with a pointed pair of pliers or something similar.
