Surefire kl3/p3

Anybody know if a surefire KL3 head will work decently with an old surefire P3 (one cell) body?

It will be very dim.....2-3 cells is best

Just use an R123. I have a modded KL3 that runs almost as bright on a single lithium ion. I don't think a stock KL3 would be any different.
