I have a question. What will TerraLUX be doing product-wise now that Mag has changed their design for their D cell and MM lights? Will there me new light engine replacements for these as "upgrades"? I realize you will probably continue to make replacements for the zillions of older Mags still in circulation.

Hi,
I was wondering if you ever plan on getting into stores like Walmart or Target type of retail. Love the stuff you guys put out, I give a lot of the AA mag's out as gifts. Sure would like to be able to pop into say walmart and grab a bulb, insted of having to wait a few days to have it show up in the mail.

I like and use Terralux modules a lot and love them dearly as they make my Maglites useful. So, thanks for making these products.

Some thoughts and remarks:
- The 2AAA reflector that comes with the TLE-20 kit is way too fragile and breaks after a short time of mild use.
- A kit for the Solitaire.
- A new kit that can be used in the 2AAA minimag would be great. (at 10 real lumens the tle-20 is getting ... old and weak)
- I use colored leds quite a lot (red and green), especially for use at night.
- I would like to see flat regulation with alkalines instead of "semi-flat" regulation with alkalines.
- ...

Has TerraLUX switched from using Seouls to TFFC K2s in the Mag drop-ins?
If they are the new TFFC K2s do they have tints on the warmer side? I am also interested in a warm tinted module for the C&D Mags.

How about using reflectors on the TLE-300 MAG drop in instead of the optic. A light to medium orange peel finish on the reflectors. Warmer tinted leds would be good as well. A higher output led drop-in for the Streamlight SL-20X flashlight (for Law Enforcement Work) needs to be at least 250-300 lumens with a reflector prefered over a optic . Maybe use a Cree MC-E and a good reflector.

Hello,

In a way these new Maglites with leds factory-installed kinda bug me. There was - and is - great appeal in buying a Maglite and modding it the way you like best. Different output levels and runtimes, different led colors, different quality and price levels. All, or most, of these options may get lost should Maglite halt their production of their incan-line.

Any strong LED replacements for the Streamlight SL-20X? The present one is too weak (100 lumens) for police work and there are a ton of these lights out there.

Have the red and green TLE-6EX upgrades been discontinued? I couldn't find them on terraluxcorp.com. I really like them, and was hoping to see some other colors (cyan, red-orange, blue, amber).
