Some of their 18650 lights and headlamps mark the operating voltage range up to 6V. Can you put two cr123 in it in emergency situation? Not in SC600 since the length limit, but in H600 series the length is ok. Will two cr123 burn the circuit?

If they are standard 3v 123s you'll be fine. If the max volts is 6v. stay clear of running dual 16340s, that might cause the head to burn out.
