Hmh. I read the above this morning, and checking back in now am a little surprised no one has singled out any of the attributes Sierra 18 appreciates about his lupines, and gotten mad about it, taken it as a personal attack in that he must be insinuating that every other light lacks in that respect.

Uhh my nitecore works well in adverse conditions too, and I've never broken a lens.
