Looks like a nifty toy, but I still want to get a yawara tail that used to be made for C-cell Kel-Lites. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/twakfl.gif

Is it just me, or is Streamlight's warranty a little tight? No coverage for post-consumers like me...

What does Streamlight's warranty have to do with a Kel lite (or did I miss something)?

Streamlight will fix any of their lights, without a hassle.

Doesn't have anything to do with it, hence the two whole seperate paragraphs. Subject one, weapon tailcaps. Subject two, as mentioned by Larry, warranty.

What I've heard from Streamlight has been very specific. Warranty applies to original purchaser, must be registered, and have proof of purchase or ownership. If you know someone can you get a second-hand light serviced? I've only bought two new flashlights in my life.
