Hello friends,
As I told you we have worked a little in the past about this, so big part of the job was already done.
We have already the materials (440C and 301 Sheet), so we will be soon making the prototypes.
The gap between the resistorized contact and the direct is just 0,5 mm. Due to this is difficult to get into the reduced level by pressing the tailcap, as we pretend to keep it with a really short travel. You wil be able to get easily the LOW level by turning the tailcap, but momentary will put you into the HIGH mode.
SO this is how it works.
TWIST TAILCAP: SAFE-LOW constant -HI constant.
PUSH TAILCAP: momentary HIGH.
We hope to keep the original measurements, but worst of the cases the tailcap will increase 1,5 mm lenght.
Javier
