unknown driver board

I got a few of these driver boards that came (as a sample/gift) with the 5 mode 1000mAh drivers from DX (left).
I noticed that these boards also come as a part of the DX 5 mode 1,5V sandwich boards.

Anyone knows what these boards (on the right) are for and how to connect them and what kind of batt. to use?

That's the 5-mode controller (MCU?) board which sits on the boost baord. I don't know the exact spec of that board. I think you could use it with ordinary AMC7135 board (Like SKU.1185).

There're two connection points you could use to connect the LED (Green and Red below):

I have indeed ordered a bunch of 7135 boards in the past.
Nice of DX to include these boards so I can upgrade the 7135 boards to multi mode.

I have the boards pictured in the first post. Does the round board need the smaller board to have the 5 modes? could discribe the wireing in a little more detail please? where does the power from the battries atach?
