what 3 Watt light for me?

I'm starting to feel the urge, my L1p has been at my side for a year or so now and I think its time to upgrade to a cree light.

There are just so many on the market with so many useless features (SOS!?)

heres what I want in a light:
3 watt cree
1x or 2x AA
high/low/ (maybe med or strobe)

I dont need sos, 5%, 10%, 15%, advanced modes etc

anything like this exist?

I was actually looking to spend less than $120

I just bought a Lumapower M1, with any luck that'll do me for a while (I was close on the jetbeam Mk.II X, DX was out of stock though)
