What kind of material is the 7060 made out of? Was wondering if its a hard or soft/rubberish material. Thought they might make a light that wouldn't be used as a blunt striking instrument when used by LEOs. Are there any flashlights that are built like this? Because an ex-cop criminology instructor that I have mentioned that some places are issuing lights that have a rubber head or something so that they can't hurt people with them.
