What led in magD?

1) What led will be the best for modding in a D-mag on a hotlips headsink : the SSC-led or the Cree-led ?

2) Would the streamlight 4AA luxeon be a good host to mod with a Cree-led (parabolic reflector)?

Both use the Luxeon LED so the Seoul P4 would be the better choice.
