it strangely looks like one from optosupply:

one of those "commercial power LED", but I doubt it.
lots of leds look similar.

that one should be a multi-die led.

Definitely not Nichia 083, they don't even look the same.

They possibly might be made by LEDtech?

I found one that looks very close to what you have but it's a RGB LED.

Seeing the yellow on yours I'm sure yours are white.

I didn't search their whole site yet but I couldn't find white ones with that type of package.

Looks like the side with the hole is cathode.

BTW these came as bare LED's as well as stars (I have 4 stars and 1 bare).
