X-country skiing

I took part in a x-country ski race ( the transjurassienne) last weekend in the jura (near the alps, in France), and was amazed to see how many Americans and Australians had made the trip just to take part in the race! They are really motivated /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
It also gave me the opportunity to practise (inflict) my awful english on a few innocent visitors /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
