Well I got my package today. The specs SF KL2 head, 3 SSC-P4 U-6500K McR16 reflectors 376 lumens reg'd, body is a Leef 2x18650 body and a standard SF tail cap. I ordered some 18650's but they are back ordered for at least a week, so I improvised I have a couple 18500's and a CR123 dummy. I used it on patrol tonight very bright, throws well. I took it up to the putting range at the golf course to see how far it could throw and have usable light it went out to about 100 yds with good usable light. Alot of usable side spill and bright hot spot. I give Scott's creation 2 thumb's up and I will buy from Scott

Nice light depusm12! I recently received my M180-K2 with a 1x18650 Leef body. Do you know what kind of runtime you'll get with the 2x18650 setup?

IIRC Scott quoted me about 90 minutes on 2x18650's

Actually, maybe I quoted wrong. Based on some quick calculations it ought to run for roughly 2h52m. :)

Thanks for the review,
I am awaiting a very similar mod myself :D
Hearing nothing but good things, so I am quite excited.

Carbine, you were teasing, right? :poke:

It looks like Depusm actually linked the thumbnails instead of the real pictures. Could happen to anyone. Anyway, here's a teensy bit of eye candy using HIS pictures (the full-sized ones!) plus some fiddling around with Photoshop...
