I went to school with Edward David Carmen. He lives around the corner from me though we haven't talked much lately. The only reason I know his middle name is because that's what he goes by. He hated his first name. So did his brother, Shannon Harold Carmen, who always went with Harold. My wife goes by her middle name, my oldest goes by his middle name...
