Yet another firefighter light thread
. I was wondering if there were any firefighters out there using zebralights for structure firefighting? I don't want to delve into the smoke cutting optics debate. I just want to lighten the load as it were. My current setup is a G2 FY with Malkoff M60LF in a blackjack mount and a Pelican big ed.
I searched around and intrinsically safe came up. I know the ZL switch is electronic and thereby I suppose is not safe for some atmospheres. I am not overly concered about this, but I think the reduction of weight of my current pelican light may be worth it. Any thoughts on this?
Also, I was curious if anyone knows if the H31 silicone headband mount hold a Surefire E1B securely? Thanks in advance,
Brian
