boring a L4 for 18670's

Anybody done this? I was considering buying an extra tube from LH, and having it bored. How much extra runtime could I expect from an 18670 vs. 17670? Any potential problems here?

don't think it's possible to bore out L4 for 18650. you'd have to bore out to 18.25 mm for bare cells. 18.5mm+ for protected 18650 cells.
