Fenix 2-stage conversion

I have a couple of questions for you guys about the Fenix L1 / L2 series:

1) Can you convert a L1P / L2P to a L1T / L2T by replacing only the switch mechanism?

2) Is the switch interchangeable between the L1 and L2 series?

3) Where can I purchase just the switch by itself?

There is a 2-Stage mod for the LxP series. It's not officially from Fenix.

The way the LxT series changes from high low is not via the switch. It's done via how the head and the body meet to create a path for current to flow.

So in short there is no switch to purchase.

maybe You got something wrong here. There are 2 ways to mod the P series to get the better T ones ;-)
(= the ones with the low YOU want)

1st: the Switch mod (solder a resistor between the legs of the switch. On/off by twisting the end cap. High/low by using the switch)
2nd: the Head mod (solder a resistor, together with a short spring, into the head. On/off by using the switch. High/low by twisting the head.)
