Yes, YOUR fault.

You're costing me a fortune I'm thinking of forming flashaholics anonymous and charging membership fees to pay for all this.

Anyway to business:

I'm currently looking at

Wolf Eyes Defender D2AX

Fenix P3D CE

Lumapower M1

and the Amilite T5 oh and Inova X5 (the list keeps growing).

I know, I know what will I be using them for etc.

Irrelevant on this occasion, I'll probably get them all over time.

The question is in which order should I get 'em?

All donations gratefully received!!! LOL..........

The Amilite T5 has gotten some great feedback. I think it would be a good place to start for an EDC.

I vote the Fenix P3D CE - Small size, uses rechargeables, huge output, multiple output modes, great UI, etc. The next 3 lights I am buying are Fenix - and I have just been deciding the order.

Buy Both!, or in your case, Buy all Five!

Maybe one at a time.

I'd say the X5 first. Older technology but still a great all around light and a great battery depleter.

90% of the reviews on the Fenix have been excellent - and the rest are people who just whine. For around $60, I don't think you'll find a better flashlight that puts out 160 lumens. Also, probably pre-order the one with the textured reflector, everyone seems to really like those. (I have one pre-ordered myself). Of all the complaints on the Fenix, quite a few were about beam quality - which seems to have been solved with the new textured reflector.

P3D CE - rechargeables, What type ?
AWs 750mAh - they fit perfectly.
17670 in a 2 cell body
rcr123 in a P2D body
not all protected 17670's fit,but if you use unproteced it will blink @3.2V
DON
RCR123s in a P2D body makes you lose everything except the High/Turbo modes. If using RCR123's in P2D, you have to use the Tenergy 3.0v ones. The P3D can use any of the RCR123s which can fit in the body.

We don't need Flashaholics Anonymous.

We need a Flashlight-of-the-month Club.

Think about it:

o The latest flashlight delivered to you every month
o The club can get volume pricing, so the flashlights cost you less

It would work something like this:

o Every month, the club arranges for a group buy on a specific flashlight (or two or three)
o If you want to join the group buy, you login to the website and sign up for it
o Club arranges for a group buy (hopefully at a discount) and distributes flashlights

+3. Not a bad idea. And it doesn't have to be everymonth, just when something new and shiny comes out!
