Ultrafire C2 ~vs~ Lumapower D-Mini

Hey Guys,

Can anyone tell me which has longer throw??
I once owned a D-Mini and it was a great thrower, but I'm
also hearing that the C2 has amazing throw and is brighter.

Any coments welcome. I tried a search, but found nothing comparing
the 2.

Hi.

I'm most cases the C2 would have grater throw.

However for closer to you use. The C2 is blinding and i would prefer the LP.

You can simply remove the reflector in the C2 and turn it into a great flood light.

I've always wondered if any one ever made or makes an iris style reflector.

I've tried some crazy ideas with one of those iris open close style serving trays and a led.

Amazingly enough it works.

i have a D-mini and a R1 on the way i will let you know when i get it.but what is the C2 i could get one as well.just checked the C2 uses 2 batts is bigger larger reflector.so my guess yes it would out throw a D-mini but the R1 time will tell.
