Can't wait for the first reviews too.
I still can't decide between 70-Tw and 100-T. The low red output sounds interesting, but the high level is lower on that mode. I guess I'll need to wait for comprehensive reviews to help me decide.

One member already received the 100-T:

I ordered one (TR70) November 11, and haven't heard anything yet. I guess you had to get in really early to be in the 1st batch.

I'm really looking forward to some reviews on this torch.

Got mine in today! (SN 0101) now that I got it in my hands, ITS A LOOKER!:D To everyone that thinks its ugly...:nana: Beautiful bomb-proof of a light Henry! Its kind of hard to twist one handed, but I'm sure time will loosen it up a bit. The red low version has a...um interesting led:confused: I will try to get a pic up, however the red is emited from like a secondary source. (hence its not a "perfect" beam of light, but imo thats not the point of having a low mode in red) I'll have to wait until dark to post some beamshots (depending if my digital camera will work :ohgeez:)

I can only see good things from this torch Henry, although I've been edcing my LunaSol for a few months, I'll def. have to give my TR70 Ra a go this week:)

Thanks Rainer, for the link.

My english is not so good. Will try some translations.

When you see both lights in one picture, the 70 TR is on the left site.

When you see one light for each picture, the 100 TW is the first one of two pictures, with same camera-attitude and same stage of the lights.

Post #37 in my german thread, second and third picture is 20 cm (0,65 feet or 7,87 inch) on white wall.

I will take more pictures soon (with HDS 60 GT and Nautilus) and some pictures outside.

The twisty is no light for one hand (at the moment - new). It`s not practicable. You need both hands to change the stage of the light.

The 70 TR makes a more white light than the 100 TW.

Does the TR70 have a more blueish LED tint?
I don't like the donut hole in middle of the red beam, but maybe it doesn't look so bad in real world (not on a white wall).

Daniel, what I think is that the camera automatic made this. Look at the office on left side, details are blueish also in that picture.

The Donut must be the speciall two-led-die. Just my opinion.

Hey Olaf .

Nette Bilder;) , Is there a way that you compare the beam with a fenix Bsp. p2d because i think almost everyone has one.

The low red on the 70tr is meant for real close use.I don't think at that range the donut hole in middle of the red beam will be an issue.
