HDS and Novatac UI

Sorry folks, I tried search and didn't find what I was looking for. I was reading another thread and kept seeing references to the differences between the two UI's. Could someone who has handled both give me a rundown on this or a link so I can read all about it? I have a U60 and was of the understanding that they were pretty much the same.

Basic Differences
HDS MAX - triple click
Nova MAx -click*press (can be initiated from off)

HDS brightness settings - 10x click * press
Nova Brightness settings - 2x click * press

HDS Opt menu -10 click
Nova Opt menu - 3xclick *press
