Can someone point me towards instructions for the Liteflux LF2?

Hi,

Yes I have tried searching... but the search tool is not my friend. :banghead:

I know I have seen a 'beginners guide' or something similar around these halls... even the original instructions would be great but they are no longer coming up on the Liteflux site.
