how do I mount the Thrunite Catapult to my rifle

i've been looking all around and trying to figure out how to moun the Thrunite Catapult to my rifle... it has a body diamter of 31mm. The closest scope rings available would be 30mm, 34mm, and 35mm.. I wonder if I could get the 30mm or 34mm to fit?? I don't see any mounts I could buy for a flashlight with this kind of body diameter. Does anyone have any suggestion?. Maybe I would buy 34mm scope rings and use some sort of shim or insert that could fit around the body to make up the 3mm like spare rubber pipe... idk.

34mm rings with a tight, careful wrap of aluminum strips as shims should do the trick.

What kind of rifle ? Whatcha shootin' ?

30mm + heavy sand paper should do the trick. Only need to remove 0.5mm from either side of it, so it shouldn't take long.
