Streamlight Microstream

Hey guys. Adding to my new EDC Im getting for christmas, is a streamlight microstream. The flashlights i use the most (because of battery savings brightness) are two mini mags with terralux tle-5ex drop ins. One has a nite ize iq switch in it, i like to have a dimmer, adjustable light, and then just a bright one. Anyways, how do you think the streamlight will do? I saw it for like 15$ so i decided to try it, as i know streamlight isnt a bad company and 20 lumens didnt sound bad coming from one AAA. What are the boundaries of this light? Do you think i could use it walking at night down the road, as i do the MMs? Or, light up a room? Or is it more for smaller work like installing computer hardware, looking for something under the bed, that kind of stuff. Also, anyone who has a newer leatherman sheath (half leather, half nylon, with the two loops on the side), how does it fit?
