The coast v2 6 chip made by led lenser has two modes
High-120lumens
Red- 25 lumens
Both controlled by their own button
About $30 I have one, not bad, love the red led feature.

I bought the Fenix R5 Ld10 and it came with an accessory gift pack. In the pack was a red filter cap. It would mean you have the option of red or white light. The light runs on a single aa so it's pretty small but really bright in turbo mode. It does have the various modes too. Great wee flashlight. May be a good option for you.

LRI proton/proton pro have both white and red LEDs.

Peak LED Solutions will make a light for you with red LEDs. Some people carry a Peak light with 2 heads, one red one white and swap as needed.

Depending on your needs, the Gerber Recon LED might be worth checking. Not a thrower like the Proton Pro, but should have a long run time.

I'll echo the Proton Pro recommendation. Still one of my all time favorites.

I'll second(or third) the Proton Pro.
Streamlight has the Sidewinder's, but they have a few led colors in one light, mine has white, red, blue and green. They might not be as small as you want.
If you can find one the HDS Twisty is a great light.
The Surefire L1 use to come with a red led.
