maglite repair or mod in singapore

Hi, I have 2 units of 2 cell AA maglites lying around which aren't working anymore due to battery leakage. I also have one unit of 4 D-cell which needs a replacement switch cover (rubber is hardened and cracked). I'm wondering if anyone in Singapore can do repairs or recommend any suitable mods where I can reuse the old parts from these units. Appreciate any info and related prices.
