My RA Twisty 85-TR has starting acting up...

My Twisty isn't able to switch modes reliably anymore. I've cleaned any grease out of it using rubbing alcohol and then DeOxit, but it's not helping. Is there anything else to try?

Also, I tried emailing [email protected], but it bounced back to me. Any other address to reach Henry? I'd prefer not to phone because I'm in Singapore.

The previous replies are gone, but I was curious if you ended up getting in touch with Henry about this issue. Can't remember where you were in the process when the Crash occured.

Hope you are able to get your twisty running again. They are sweet lights.

Excellent! It's always painful to have to be without them for a bit, but it will come back to you better than before!

Think of it as a little trip to the HDS day-spa for your Twisty, complete with chemical peel and hot rock massage. :grin2:
