Anybody know this? I know its a 630 Lumen light, but is that OTF or at the emmiter?

The 630L rating on that is from before Fenix switched over to the new ansi standards. So no, it is not OTF.
I searched "TK40 lumens" for you......

I see that the TK40 has more lumens at 3 min than at 2 min. Is it a typo? I see the other lights are having less lumens at 3 than 2 minutes. Not that anyone will see a 10 lumens difference at 550 anyway!
