HDS Twisty Chalky Finish

Well I finally received my Twisty today. Ordered and paid for it 4.5 months ago, and now it is hear. The finish on mine on the knarling is chalky or powdery in appearance. Looks like talcum powder was put on it, put nothing cleans off. Looking at it in the light, I'd rate the finish as "Poor". Not what I expected of a light that is so revered for its quality and workmanship. I own a lot of lights in black Type 3 anodizing. But, this Twisty is sub-par. Anyone else have one like this? Or, am I the unlucky on?

Try contacting Henry, and he'll surely set you right. Along with the cost, they also have one of the best customer service.

Twisty or Rotary?
You know, if you don't like it, I know someone who will buy it

I think I know what you mean by the powdery feel/appearance. I had one like that, out of 3.

But, yeah... HDS will take care of you if you call them.
