Look up the Zebralight SC600. It's a side-clicky but a clicky nonetheless.
It has a max brightness of 750 lumens but it drops to 500 lumens after 5 minutes. It would heat up too much otherwise but you can reactivate it to 750 by switching it off and on.

I'm sure you'll get some other good recommendations, but the Jetbeam BC40 would fit the bill. Over 800 lumens. Takes two 18650's though, if that matters to you.

Check out O-light i6 Paladin for inexpensive, high quality, BRIGHT, but very simple light. I got one a few weeks ago and love it! Almost as much light output as my TK45 but tighter hotspot... and much smaller and lighter weight. So glad I bought it.

edit.. I saw this vid below and bought it from Goinggear.com

My vote is for the Eagletac T20C2 Mkii with the XM-L T6 720 lumen module. In my opinion the Eagletac feels a little more substantial in the hand than the Zebralight SC600.

I find the Eagletac T20C2 Mkii UI is easy to use, the light is solid and well made, comes with loads of extras, user upgradable modules, runs on CR123a primaries if needed and the beam is beautiful.

Last week on the same hunt for the best/brightest 18650 light I purchased the SC600 and the Eagletac T20C2 Mkii...They are both very nice lights, but I sold the SC600 and am loving my T20C2 Mkii.

I still love my Zebralight SC51w and H51fw, but in the 18650 category I prefer the Eagletac.

Zebralight SC600 or if you want a light with a control ring to change brightness then the new Jetbeam RRT-2 XM-L or the Nitecore Infilux IFE1. You can easily drop or add light's from your list depending on the size and UI you want, biggest thing do you plan to carry this light as a EDC or in a vehicle glove box or night stand.

How about a DRY triple XM-L? They have the new T6 flux bin 3C tin neutral white LEDs (5000K). If it is really T6, i think it is not impossible/out-of-this world to say that it will hit 2700-2800 lumens OTF if you are living in a cold country (I have a TK70 and these are real relative measurements). This is the only 5000K NW series XM-L that is T6, from the Cree datasheet. From Cnqualitygoods. usd97 shipped.

Yep, that's got to be the brightest light under $100.
