How Do I Find The Owner Of A Website?

I'm looking to buy a domain name from a company called 1stblaze.com
I assume that they own it or are a partner of the owner. When you type in the address that I want to buy you get a squatter-type of page with a search box.
You also get lots of pop-ups.
I right-clicked the page and the Properties led me to 1stblaze, but their Contact Info is a dead email address. How do I locate this company?
