Hi guys, after playing with this light for 4 days it has stopped working.

I pulled out the battery to check the number, I then reinserted the CR123 and the light would not go on. I then charged the battery for about 2 hours. Reinserted the battery and it still did not turn on.
i contacted the seller and he wanted to make sure the spring in the cap was making contact, he asked me to check the spring but it sure seems to be making contact.
Battery is a NI18350A 700mAH , IMR18350.

Anything else I can do guys?
I do not have another battery as I am just starting out in this hobby.

The EC11 is Brand New

Thanks

Take a voltmeter and check the voltage of the battery. If it is freshly charged, it should be around 4.2 volts. It should never go below around 3.0 volts.
With the tail cap off, try shorting the negative end of the cell to the inner tube wall. Be sure to use a heavy enough piece of wire. This may require the assistance of a friend, since you will have to switch the light on after connecting the wire, while holding the wire in place, although if the battery is good you should trigger the power up voltage reading.

Did you lock it out by chance?
I didnt even think about that...thank you

I just read the troubleshooting guide and put a paper clip at the end of the battery and it started working.

Man im happy again, fun little light.

Thanks for the opportunity guys...
