Hi all,

Bought a T20T about a year ago, haven't used it all that much but picked it back up again today and loaded a fresh CR123 in it, and...

nothing.

I can get it to light up on 'moonlight' mode if I screw the head down as tight as it will go, but otherwise it won't do a thing.

Anyone got any ideas? The light was fairly expensive and I used it for less than 5 hours total, so pretty bummed about this.

Possibly the tail cap end, if like the t10t then from the top, it can be undone to remove the clicky part. You will see some tabs on each side(little metal tab x2). Open them up a little, maybe a mm or so from the side,re-fit and try.........might not be making contact.(not saying it is but maybe worth a try)

Presume other cells have been tried from a different batch.
