The T3 (or X03) feels like a higher quality light than the TL3/TL3 LED in my hands but I've never used the TL3 LED. The updated review of the Second Generation TL2 LED has my interest.

The T3/X03 have very tight beams for a general purpose light. Too tight in my opinion.

Inova for me. After my son killed his Streamlight with just "normal" MP duty, I would not buy one. For me, the thing needs to be bomb-proof more than it needs to have a certain shade of tint to the beam.

cratz2...I have one of the 2nd generation TL-2 LEDs, and I hafta say that it's a pretty big improvement over the original! It's SIGNIFICANTLY brighter than the original, and it's got a brighter hotspot and better throw than the Pelican M6 LED. I did a side-by-side comparison with the new TL-2 and the old version, AND the Pelican M6 LED, and Quickbeam's numbers don't lie! This is truly a very nice light! FYI...
